Welcome to Brinks Family Creamery

Have you "HERD" of our curds!

Ber-Sher farm was started 4 generations ago in 1942 by Herm Brinks. At the time, Herm was milking 12 cows and was also working for select sires as an Al breeder for other local farmers.

Herm's son, Bernard Brinks, bought the first registered Holstein cow to add to the herd when he was 25 years old.

From then on Bernard, and his wife Shirley, worked hard to expand and register the entire herd.

Today, Ber-Sher farm consists of 220 registered Holstein milking cows and has expanded to create Brinks Family Creamery. The 2 businesses are run by Herm's grandson Ron Brinks and his wife Barb along with their 4 children Amberly, Kenda, Nick and Riley and son in law Reuben.

Come taste the difference that tradition makes—join our family at the farm today!
